Where you can build the operating system your life and work need.
Structured Way exists to give fast-moving companies back the time their people lose to scattered, duplicated, siloed process. In its place: one lean structure that protects speed.
A simple structure for teams that need to move faster.
Do you see chaos in your product development structure? A lack of alignment? Siloed teams working with structures that are either too rigid or too loose?
If yes, you are in the right place.
Structured Way Advisory helps you put one simple structure in place across your organisation, built on underlying structural principles derived from three disciplines: product, program, and project management. Clear, easy to follow, and without people doing the same work twice.
I will be your Structured Way Advisor. I listen to your current structures, then help you define simple structures that let you move fast: how decisions are made, who owns what, the standards, and the mandates everyone follows.
The goal is simple: less confusion, faster decisions, and teams that can focus on getting work done.
I'm Swathi. I created Structured Way to spread the word to an overwhelmed world: we don't need to beat ourselves up to be 100% structured. I follow the 70/30 principle. Structure your life and work at 70%, and leave 30% intentionally unstructured, for chaos and opportunities to unfold.
For years I aimed to be 100% structured and organised, only to find that 70% gave the best results. It let me make shifts I never planned for: software engineer, product manager, project and program manager, and now author.
As much as I enjoy reading non-fiction, recently I have enjoyed writing it too. Here are my books that are available and in progress.
Most books teach frameworks. This one shows how it actually works, in practice, in real organisations.
