👋 About Swathi

Wired for order. Built for chaos.

As a child, she mapped out study schedules, kept handwritten to-do lists, and quietly took pride in checking each task off. Long before she knew what a programme manager was, she was already thinking like one: finding clarity in complexity, comfort in structure, and purpose in a well-executed plan.

Her career began in software development joyful hours immersed in code, building web applications from scratch. Curiosity pulled her toward the people using what she built, leading to product management then to leading multiple product teams across large organisations.

Then came the moment of recognition: her true strength wasn't just building things. It was aligning everything and everyone around a shared vision. She has since led programmes across global teams in fast-moving, high-stakes environments where goals are ambitious and the cost of misalignment is high.
